This is a four-hour training program we conduct for businesses due to the increasingly high number of employees who are put in situations where unethical sexual relations can occur during the course of a company’s business development. This program would be a best practices solution for U.S.-based companies that would like to convey ethical practices, work towards eliminating misogyny, and warn employees of the consequences of participating in the sex industry/sex entertainment industry. This would also help support those employees who deal with foreign clientele, have frequent business trips to foreign countries, and/or abuse the corporate system to expense unacceptable activities.
WHO conducts this program?
The program is conducted by LC consultants directly to a group of at-risk employees. LC consultants are fully equipped and knowledgeable with the ins and out of the sex industry and how the corporate world has become integrated with seedy establishments and behaviors. Each and every consultant has over ten years of experience in the field conducting outreach and research on the sex industry in various countries such as the U.S., South Korea, Cambodia, Brazil, Thailand, and China.
WHAT can this program help achieve for your company?
This program seeks to bring about awareness on the dangers and ramifications of corporate employees dabbling in sex entertainment while conducting business. It also presents the ethics a corporate employee should understand and heed while working to turn profits for a company. Providing this type of training for your employees can also contribute to your company’s branding and reputation. The more ethical your company is in their business practices, the more attractive your company will be in forging new partnerships and repairing tarnished images. This program can be customized to your company’s specific needs. We can tailor each program to the problems your company is currently facing or would like to prevent from occurring in the future.
WHERE is this program conducted?
The program can be conducted in-person at a designated location, in your corporate offices, or via video call.
WHEN are consultants available?
Light consultants are readily available to accommodate your corporate schedules.
WHY should a company provide this training to its employees?
Most corporate employees may not comprehend the gravity of their situations and what they are putting at risk when they decide to participate in seedy activities. There are those who may not be able to decipher between what is ethical and what is unethical. Many face uncertainty and succumb to unethical behavior due to their peers. Some corporate employees are fully aware of the ramifications of their choices yet they still decide to pursue them. All groups of employees need to be reminded of what their actions could potentially amount to and what it means for the company culture. They may think twice the next time they are in a risky situation.
HOW often should it be administered?
Programs can be tailored to the company’s needs, however we recommend approximately four hours of training once every other year for at-risk employees.
