This is a ten-hour training program we conduct for Human Resource departments that wish to implement a system and ethics program for employees who are put in situations where unethical sexual relations can occur during the course of a company’s business development.
WHO conducts this program?
The program is conducted by LC consultants directly to Human Resource program managers and generalists. Light consultants will help equip generalists and managers to conduct and train employees to at-risk employees. LC consultants are fully equipped and knowledgeable with the ins and out of the sex industry and how the corporate world has become integrated with seedy establishments and behaviors. Each and every consultant has over ten years of experience in the field conducting outreach and research on the sex industry in various countries such as the U.S., South Korea, Cambodia, Brazil, Thailand, and China.
WHAT can this program help achieve for your company?
This program’s objective is to help Human Resource personnel administer training and education to their employees, conduct analysis and measure KPIs, and implement internal programs for the company in order to prevent and mitigate risks. This program can be customized to your company’s specific needs. We can tailor each program to the problems your company is currently facing or would like to prevent from occurring in the future.
WHERE is this program conducted?
The program can be conducted in-person at a designated location, in your corporate offices, or via video call.
WHEN are consultants available?
Light consultants are readily available to accommodate your corporate schedules.
WHY should Human Resources take this training upon themselves when LC consultants can train employees directl?
Once your company’s Human Resources department is fully trained, you can take it from there. There will be a cost-savings benefit in the long run versus having LC consultants train your new hires each time.
HOW often should it be administered?
This program should be administered when there is a turnover within your Human Resource leadership team and new management is hired.
