Most new employees who are fresh out of college and looking to start their careers don’t have a clue as to what their boundaries are as far as company ethics. Lengthy policies on do’s and don’ts can be written into handbooks, but ultimately, it is up to the managers and existing employees to lead the way and exemplify ethical behaviors. But what to do if these current employees don’t understand their boundaries either? Good, ethical behaviors in the workplace aren’t taught in school nor are they ingrained in people at an early age.
